• Assessment / enquiry details you submit: name, email, phone, property location, size, furnishing level, current revenue, and any notes.
• Booking details: name, email, phone, stay dates, number of guests, and any special requests.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected to improve the site.
• Preferences stored on your device: your chosen language and calculator inputs are kept in your browser only.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiries and prepare property earnings assessments.
• Process and manage direct bookings and payments.
• Communicate with you about your stay or your property.
• Meet legal obligations, including guest registration with the authorities where required.

TELU HOMES is a US-based company operating properties in Serbia, so your information may be processed in the United States, Serbia, or by service providers in other countries. Where required, we take steps to ensure your data receives an appropriate level of protection.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
